At Red Fox Design the customers complete satisfaction is very important to us. This is why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee on all services provided.

The Satisfaction Guarantee entitles you to a full refund should you not wish to continue with your new design after having received the initial concepts.

Should you cancel your order we will remain the copyright holders of the work already done and you will not be allowed to use the images provided or any derivative works in any way.

Should you wish to cancel your design after passing the concept stage a full refund is not possible due to the commitment of time and resources which Red Fox Design has already put in to the project, but it is very important that you contact us to tell us you have changed your mind so that we can cease work and discuss the possibility of a partial refund although this may not always be possible.
